Open Day & Autumn Bioblitz!

We will have an Autumn Bioblitz this Saturday. It will be a fairly low key event, mostly us just poking around looking for different creatures and hopefully some fungi! We’ll do a bit of pond dipping to see what’s in the new pond already (I saw quite a few things last time so that’s exciting!) We will also bird watch from the hide, hunt for spiders, see what’s buzzing on the ivy, check for slow worms, and generally have a fun time! I’ll bring my camera so we can record stuff, but this is mostly about just enjoying the space and discovering how rich in wildlife it is! Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be served at Noon.

The Nature Reserve will be open to the public every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, so come on down and relax in this little natural paradise!
