Nigel Bewley has completed a year-long project to record the ambient sounds of Costons Lane Nature Reserve, documenting each month as if the microphones are the listener standing quietly in the reserve.
These beautiful recordings are each around 35 minutes long, with the May dawn chorus a little longer, and are available to listen to free of charge via Soundcloud.
Nigel has completed the same project at Perivale Wood Nature Reserve and is working on recordings at Paradise Fields and Canal Ponds, to be completed in April 2024.
