//

Sabrina Bravi

Join us for a guided safari through the Beaver-transformed Paradise Fields for a chance to see the Ealing Beaver Project Beavers. It is a unique opportunity to observe our reintroduced Beaver family and their behaviours with the unique insight from one of the project leaders.

Please note: This is a paid, ticketed event.

Book now via Eventbrite here.

Like most wildlife, there is no guarantee that we will see the beavers but we stand a very good chance and are observing their behaviour and emergence times to maximise our success rate.Using adaptive strategies, we aim to balance the possibility of seeing them while minimising disturbance.

Each safari will begin with an introduction and adapt to onsite conditions and current beaver patterns. Some off-trail walking may be involved, so we recommend wearing waterproof footwear. Clothing should be muted in colour (greens, browns, greys, blacks), with no loud patterns or scents (deodorants, perfumes, colognes), as beavers have a highly developed sense of smell.

Participants must behave appropriately. You may be required to stand still in silence for extended periods. Portable camp chairs are allowed and encouraged, particularly if standing is difficult. Bring binoculars if you have them; some will be available to share.

Anyone not acting in the interest of the beavers’ welfare may be asked to leave. Beavers are wild animals that are easily disturbed by noise or sudden movement.

The Ealing Beaver Project is proud to offer responsible beaver-watching opportunities as part of our reintroduction efforts.

Strictly 16+ only.
