As part of phase 2 of EWGs Hedgehog Highways Project, ZSL (The Zoological Society of London), has been commissioned to survey for Hedgehogs in several new locations in the borough.
Meeting point: Southall Park, meet by the entrance next to the playground (20 Green Drive, Southall, UB1 3AY, United Kingdom)
Setting up cameras at three Southall sites:
- Southall Park,
- Dormer Wells Moated Manor and AEC Angling Society,
- Glade Lane Canalside Park, Southall Park.
It would be helpful, although not at all essential if you could attend both this event and the collection date on 30 May, so you can position and then collect “your” camera! However, if you can only do part of the event, please join for as long as you can spare.
All equipment and training will be provided and we’ll coordinate car sharing between sites.
Numbers are needed and we will need to get in touch to potentially coordinate car sharing between sites so RSVP to Gemma, Hedgehog Highways project lead.
