Everyone’s always asking us where to see a Kingfisher. So let’s go find one!
Meet Sean & co for a leisurely riverside walking safari, taking in some super spots for Kingfisher watching. Meet at W5 1LR, Pitshanger park entrance at the junction of Meadvale and Barnfield Road at 9am.
Wear sturdy walking boots, bring binoculars if you have them (but beginners welcome, we’ll have some spare) and dress for the weather.
Even if we don’t see a Kingfisher on this occasion, this walk will set you up for success to spot one another time.
We’ll aim to reach The Fox in Hanwell for a warming beverage around midday. Feel free to tag along and dip out along the way if you need to.
Not suitable for young kids under about ten, under 18s to be accompanied by an adult.
