Bring a picnic and join us to explore the improved towpath, take part in some free well-being activities, see the community garden designs, explore the programme of well-being activities on offer this summer, relax and enjoy the well-being benefits of being by the water.
Free activities include but are subject to change: bird box making, on-the-water fun (either boat trips or kayaking), well-being activities (yoga, movement and mindfulness), a treasure hunt, seed planting and Dr Bike.
Please bring some food for your picnic (we will provide some samosas and cupcakes).
